calling variables in order-confirmation.php page

Hello,

 

I would like to ask how can I call variables in order-confirmation.php page. I need it for statistics.

 

Example:

 

I need to insert email, name (of the customer) and id_product (which was just ordered) in order-confirmation.php

 

$email, $id_product, $name do not work, neither 'email', 'id_product' or 'name'
