Mohammed Atalla
Hi, basicly you need first to give the permission of 755 for all the folders of prestashop before you start the instalation process. to do this, try any FTP client, I prefer using "Filezilla". 1- choose all the folders. 2- right click and choose file permissions. 3- edit the value to 775. 4- check "recurse into subdirectioes" option and choose "Apply to directories only". after it finish changing the permission to all folders try to run the instaltion file again. please let me know if that help.
