Maurizio Fabbri
Hello, everything was fine until some minutes ago with www.celma.com.ve. I try to open the site and I get this: Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Maurizio Fabbri
Hello, Try to clear your Smarty cache. Thank you for your answer EffluvesLiquides, You mean... EffluvesLiquides
Mhhh, I'm not sure. I run a french 1.5.6.2 version, and it's located in 'parametres avances'->'performances' There's a button in the Smarty area 'Effacer le chache de Smarty et le cache de l'autoload', wich I could translate by 'Clear Smarty cache and Autoload cache'. Sorry for my bad english (not my native language)...

Sorry for my bad english (not my native language)... Don't worry for your English, (this is not my native language). It is Spanish. My Prestashop version is 1.4.11.0. I can't access to the Prestashop Admin Panel now. It shows the same error. Minutes ago all was very well. I just was editing header.tpl file, just adding this in header: <meta name="GOOGLEBOT" content="INDEX,FOLLOW" /> <meta name="REVISIT" content="1 day" /> <meta name="REVISIT-AFTER" content="1 DAY" /> <meta name="Language" content="Spanish"/> <meta name="Country" content="Venezuela"/> <meta name="Country" content="VE"/> And edting the meta description and website title in the Prestashop Admin Panel Back Office ---> Preferences --> Seo Url's. And then when I saw that error on the website I deleted the meta tags I had added to header.tpl. I really don't know if the error was cause due to that. EffluvesLiquides
Yes, that's it, for sure. Did you made a backup of the header.tpl ? If yes, just upload the old (fonctionnal) file. If not, you have to be sure to revert your changes. The file MUST be as it was before you tweaked it.
Maurizio Fabbri
Yes, I have a backup, I deleted it and uploaded the file. But nothing, the error continues. You can see it ---> www.celma.com.ve . I don't understand what is happening. Edited March 18, 2014 by Maurizio Fabbri (see edit history)
EffluvesLiquides
Ok, Maybe you have access to your server error log. Have a look at it, you may find the answer. Whatever, there's certainly a problem with your Smarty cache. You have to find what changes you did which caused this error. I don't know exactly how works your 1.4 version since I'm a 1.5 beginner. You have to clear your cache, it will surely fix this issue.
Maurizio Fabbri
In the error log file there is info until January. Not this month. Not this day. The Smarty cache is already cleaned. I just had done that changes (add that meta tags to header.tpl and edit meta description and title in the Back Office). I can't access to the admin panel yet. The same error when I try to open the site. Internal Server Error...
Maurizio Fabbri
This seems to be related with the Venezuelan Government. The SENIAT (the Venezuelan institution in charge of taxation) took most important servers/hosting company. The Venezuelan "Goverment" forced to close some news sites which are reporting the real situation on Venezuela. They do not want the truth to be known. And the company is migrating the sites by portions/lots. NOTE: My site has nothing yo do with news. It was just affected. And the error still continues.... 500 Internal Server Error...
