CSV Import Tool Error Prestashop 1.5.6.2

Hi,

 

I am trying to upload products using default Import tools and its not the first time i am doing it , so there is for sure some problem with default csv importer, i tried uploading default sample file and its givingg me the same error again and again

 

1. iPod Nano (ID: 1) cannot be saved
2. Property Product->ean13 is not valid
3. iPod shuffle (ID: 2) cannot be saved
4. MacBook Air (ID: 3) cannot be saved
5. MacBook (ID: 4) cannot be saved
6. iPod touch (ID: 5) cannot be saved
7. Belkin Leather Folio for iPod nano - Black / Chocolate (ID: 6) cannot be saved
8. Shure SE210 Sound-Isolating Earphones for iPod and iPhone (ID: 7) cannot be saved

Anyone please help ?

There is definitely a problem with importing. When I import new products with images, I get this message: " Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists."

 

I can upload a few files from here, the error messages appears.

 

 

change the .txt file to .csv

 

does it work for you?
