Translation update issue

Hi there, I have made some changes to the English translation through the normal update process but the blockspecials module wont update on the shop front. I can change the block title okay, but the -tx, +tx doesn't update. When I look at the en.php in the blockspecials folder it is showing the changes correctly but when I refresh the homepage it doesn't change. Any ideas?

hmm I think you need to open modules/blockcart/blockcart.tpl and find the {l s='-tx'} and {l s='+tx'} and change to
{l s='-tx' mod='blockcart'} and {l s='+tx' mod='blockcart'}
