NemoPS
Can you link the website? Are you using any type of caching system, like cloudflare? Or multistore?

NemoPS
I can't see the site at the moment, just an error page. Can you enable error reporting as described in my signature?
REIBI
@Nemo1: I have enabled errors. I hope this would help to solve problem. Site: http://kcrafts.eu/
NemoPS
Try uploading a fresh config folder, but save the settings.inc.php file first, and don't overwrite that (better, all the folder, save it) and see if it helps.
REIBI
YES, Nemo1 muahh, u r simply genius. Thank you so much. At least now on homepage something is displaying. But still at some links at Back office, its giving error. Do you know how to solve them too. Like while clicking on modules, it gives below error: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module dibs:Access level to dibs::$smarty must be protected (as in class PaymentModule) or weaker And while clicking on Products, it gives below error: Bad SQL queryUnknown column 'a.id_shop_default' in 'field list' Any idea?? NemoPS
id_shop_default is missing in the ps_product (probably) table in the database, add it as INT(12). As for the first, a payment module is probably extending the Class the wrong way, have a look at it
REIBI
Now its showing Bad SQL query Unknown column 'image_shop.cover' in 'on clause' error. HOw to find what is missing where?? There is no image_shop table??

NemoPS
Menu called products? What do you mean? Can you screen to clarify?
REIBI
I can't even login admin panel now. I think Prestashop is the worst ecommerce plateform. I get below url while opening admin panel and after placing the login credentials, its again redirect to the login page. index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=1d9f304349ba73659cd55566452fcdf0&redirect=AdminHome
