NemoPS
I am not sure I understand what you mean...but what is the point of using prestashop is you add a static html page? Anyway, just upload a page called index.html to your root, it will show up when accessing your plain domain (like http://mysite.com/)
bronking
sorry, not explained myself properly say i had an hmtl page called newpage and a website called mydomain.com if you click on mydomain.com you get my home page prestashop (with header/footer left and right columns etc etc) that's fine but if I want a page called mydomain.com/newpage I want a responsive page I created which has no prestashop bits in it (just a html page) so I can alter seperatly as and when, like a newsletter for instance. ps i tried locating it in the root but it didnt show as it should.i put it in a seperate folder in the root again it didnt show

NemoPS
Ah, in that case you can use a custom template when creating a new page: http://nemops.com/creating-new-pages-in-prestashop/
