thx2012
upgrading from PS v.1.4.4.1 over to v.1.5.6.2. After resolving missing images, I now encounter an error in the product download .pdf attachments: "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." Steps taken to troubleshoot issue.. First, I confirm .PDF files exist. The download folder was empty.. However, the database ps_attachment & ps_attachment_lang are fully populated. Next, I uploaded my backup folder ‘download’ from v.1.4.4.1 over to new PS.v.1.5.6.2. Then I recompile templates, Clear Smarty cache & Autoload cache. No success.. Any suggestions? thx2012
Update.. I uploaded the /downloads/ folder again, this time FTP transfer settings, I switched from Auto over to Binary; as per recommended post. Uploading the /downloads/ folder in Binary, opens the .PDF(s), however they are blank and when you attempt to scroll through the blank pages, an error occurs.. "There was an error in process page. Out of memory." Any suggestions?
