Open Web Developers
Hello, I have a similar problem, in my case, users can login and log out without difficulty, but after a few days of having the started session, to open the store again, the user name is changed to another who has never used this PC, then do not know how it happens. We tested several times and in a few occasions we have produced the error, but do not understand how to analyze cookies to determine what might be happening. This is our store supershopcolombia.com, its multistore solution. Thanks
NemoPS
I bet it's the usual multistore/domain issue. To inspect cookies, hit f12 and tab to resources, expand cookies on the left Can you describe your store's url structure? You have like store1.supershopcolombia.com store2.supershopcolombia.com supershopcolombia.com ?
