Error loading image in my Product Pages in prestashop 1.5.6.0

Hi,

excuse me in advance for my english, but i have a problem with upload image for product page in my shop.

I use prestashop 1.5.6.0, I precise that the site is in production and I have not encountered this problem during development. But we transfer the site on one of our servers for the online and now I can no longer add images in the data sheets with the error: "An error occurred while copying the image.". 

I tried several tracks data on the forum but it still does not work for me. For example I had the rights to the 777 img / p directory, I checked the size small_default is active, and I verified the apache logs but I do not understand where is the error. On our server mod_secrity is not enabled. 

 

How can I solve this problem becomes urgent? Any help will be useful to me.
