More Authorize.net module problems

When checking out, I'm able to go through all the checkout screens fine, but when I get past the shipping screen and on to the payment screen the page stops loading and goes blank (see attached).  I get the same results in 3 different browsers on 2 seperate computers.  I then go and uninstall the Authorize.net module within PrestaShop.  I can now get past the shipping screen and into the payment screen, however now there are no payment options installed.  Obviously.  It's when I go back to re-install and re-configure the Authorize.net payment module, that I get the blank screen again, as seen in the attached photo.  I've put in an "eticket" with Authorize.net as well.  If anybody has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it.

Hi, this is still an issue for me.  If anybody can help, we really need it.  I have called Authorize.net and the support agent logged into my site and had the same problem on his computer.  He confirmed that all my login info was correct and stated that that is all that they provide (account login info) and that this is a software issue with PrestaShop.  Please help!
