Confirm button on the one paged checkout?

Is there a known way to have a confirm button at the end of the one paged checkout?

Confirm button is actually a payment method Image which you can change to button or just change text to button

But then they can't choose a payment option by radio, and they still need to confirm on the second page (the page it goes to after clicking payment-option) :/

it's not always image, in most cases order confirmation button is a default css button

for what payment methods you want to change this button?
