My Order link in confirmation email doesn't work

when i click link order history in email template i go to error page 404.because link format from email, example is http://domain.com/index.phphistory.php

As I understand I should edit email templates in email folder. 

I should  change the below in the link on both of them

{shop_url}history.php to {history_url}
{shop_url}my-account.php to {my_account_url}

 

which Ive found in shipped.html and order_conf.html

 

Well, still not working. So f anybody has any idea what Im doing wrong, please share.
