Downloading Prestashop from Server to LocalHost

Hi 

 

Greetings of the Day.
I have recently downloaded our Prestashop shopping website and the database to Local host.

I see that the Back Office opens up in the Browser.
But the Font end does not shop up at all in Browser Locally. Just displays a Blank page.
The Prestashop i have is 1.3.1

Can some of experts on the forum help me with getting my site running on localhost completely.
