redactuk
Is there anyone in these forums with some knowledge of how vouchers work in PS 1.5.6.2? I've recent purchase a module called AwoCoupon, but they don't seem to be able to help answer this: 1. In shopping-cart.tpl there is a section tagged in {if $voucherAllowed} It seems to me that this switch is simply controlled by whether there are any store cart rules set up, regardless of what they are. Can anyone confirm exsctly what that switch checks? So using the AwoCoupon, we seem to be only able to get a field allowing coupon/vouchers to be entered if we have already set up a fake cart rule in Prestashop. 2. If we enter a coupon/voucher for a value greater than order total it seems that PS automatically sends out an email like this: A voucher has been created in your name with the reference TZHNAKRLU. Voucher code: c41c6cee8a2c59d4, in the amount of £2.81. Simply copy/paste this code during the payment process for your next order. Other than one dummy cart rule for reasons mentioned above we have NO other cart rules. So is tyhis an automatic function of PS to automatically issue a voucher for overspend? And if so is there any way to turn this off? as instead we want to use the functionality provided by AwoCoupon. Note: Entering that voucher code is always rejected anyway, which is strange Thanks
