No Payment method is available

I have having the worst time trying to figure out how to get my payment methods working again, I have set everything correctly yet they are not showing up on the shopping cart summary

 

Have checked:

 

All Modules

Payments

Groups

All Shipping areas

All Localization areas

All Stock areas

 

I don't know what else do to.

 

Please give suggestions.
