The problem with paysafecard is, that it is no longer possible to stack them so its not that great for customers to pay as they wish because you cant use the amount left on the PSC as you want. Many online shops did solve this problem with a option to spend a free choosable amount of the psc credit in credits for the online shop. For example if you got a 20€ PSC and you only need 17€ you get 3€ rest. In the most shops you cant buy something usefull with 3€ rest credit. With a credit system the customer could spend the full 20€ in credits and could use 17€ for the order and stack the rest until he got enough for another order. So, is there any way to sell credits in a shop? For example a customizable amount of credits for a custom price you can pay with skrill or other methods to buy items in the store as well.
