I am not able to sign in to my back office of Prestashop using my desktop computer after doing a fresh reinstall of prestashop. At first I could not get to my categories page in the catalog, it would give me the same loop error. After I logged out i could not log in to the back office. (Loop error) How ever i can log to the back office using my Iphone but not the categories. .. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I also cannot back up my shop using my php admin One back up works with no error, but still get the same redirect loop trying to login to the back office Thank you~~!!
