Bill Dalton
REIBI, your PS 1.4 theme is not compatible with PS 1.5. You will need to use the Roll Back feature of your one click upgrade. You will then need to upgrade the theme or use a theme designed for PS 1.5 If you have a lot invested in the PS 1.4 version, for example third party modules, they will need to be upgraded as well, so you may want to make sure you have a compelling reason for the upgrade. Bill Dalton
The best way to upgrade between 1.4 and 1.5 is to use the export data to CSV feature in PS 1.4. Then install a working copy of PS 1.5 with your compatible theme. Import the CSV files. Both versions of PS have the CSV import/export data feature built in. REIBI
Hi Bill, Would you let me know how to do that in CSV files?
Bill Dalton
Reibi, I haven't used PS 1.4 in a long time, so I had to go look. Turns out PS 1.4 only imports, it doesn't export. However I found this free module that you can install in PS 1.4, use version exportproducts_v1.0, you can download here, http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/37900-module-product-export-module-v10-updated-for-14-free/ Keep in mind that will only export the products. In PS 1.5 use Advanced Parameters > CSV Import I also suggest you consider posting in the Job Offer forum. This is a easy job if you know how, you'd be surprised at how affordable it is.
