remove attach file in contact page, no radio button

I want to remove the ability for the customer to attach a file when contacting us on the contact page.

 

I followed the advice on this post

but there is no "turn off attach files" radio button under customers tab > customers. Can't find it any where? even with my glasses on:)

Duh! I found it thanks for the pointing it out  my dixlexia, it was in the other thread but I completely missed it. CUSTOMERS/CUSTOMERS SERVICE. that page is new to me, still setting up presta shop

 

I was looking under CUSTOMERS/CUSTOMERS

 

now onto bigger problems with no green lock and SSL!
