anna_k Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 Hello, I would just like to know if my issue is some kind of prestashop bug or if im doing something wrong. We loose alot of clients at the moment because of the "free shipping" not displaying in the cart. You can only see that the shipping is free at the last payment step which is useless. People leave the site before getting there, or call us saying that we lied about offering free shipping. We set a cart rule where the shipping is free for new customers. We used to have another cart rule where shipping was free from 49 euros but since the customers cant see it in the cart, we had to set free shipping in : shipping>shipping> "free shipping starts at: xx€" This is working but its not a good solution since this covers all countries, and we just want free shipping in france.
