I  added the gift voucher from admin side. It was displayed properly in cart summary. I need automatically apply for the check out without  selecting the voucher code if it is applicable  the order

by default it's not possible in prestashop. Default features allows only to highlight voucher code in cart.

if you want to add it automatically it's necessary to modify the core of the cart (cartController), without custom development - there is no other way, unfortunately.
