Kyle88
Currently when a customer can't remember their password, an email to reset the password is sent. In the footer of the email there is default information that i want to edit to show our information?
tdr170
You should find this in the root folder mails/your language folder named password_query.html.
Kyle88
Thank you and yes I located these two files: password_query.html and password_query.txt They both seem to address the text in the body of the email but not in the footer of the email. Do you know where I can locate the file(s) that will allow me to change the info in the footer? Or is this done somewhere in the admin area of the back office? Kyle88
OK, I now realize that because I'm using a theme (Alysum theme) that I needed to find the file by the same name within the theme folder here => themes/alysum_2.0/mails/en/password_query.html Here I was able to make the edits I needed in both the body and footer of the Password Reset email. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! Edited March 6, 2014 by Kyle88 (see edit history)
