jasoninatx
I have an Athorize.net account. I've installed and entered my Authorize.net Login & key information within PrestaShop and confirmed all settings are correct within the Authorize.net module. My site is also secure with an SSL certificate. However, when I go to my store and try to buy product, it tells me a payment module is not installed. I thought Authorize.net was my payment module? Do I still need to install another module like PayPal or First Data?
Dh42
Hmm no, it should show up. Do you have it enabled for the currency and the country you are using?
jasoninatx
Yes. I have since gone back and both reset and uninstalled my Authorize, net module from PrestaShop. Just for grins, I then cleared all the history/cache information on both of my browsers (Chrome & Firefox). I then deleted all the temp files on my computer and ran disk cleanup on my C drive. I did a hard reboot of the computer and then went back in and reinstalled the Authorize.net module and reconfigured it. I still get the same results. I've attached screenshots of all the settings (with the login and key blurred out) so if I'm missing something, please let me know. I've also put in an "eTicket" with Authorize.net to see if they have any advice. Thanks.
jasoninatx
Ok, the folks at Authorize.net suggested that I generate a new Transaction Key which I have done, but still have the same problem on 2 seperate computers. Somebody please help! Edited March 10, 2014 by jasoninatx (see edit history)
Phizer
Do you have SSL enabled inside Preferences > General? I'm having issues with this module as well, only once I got to the point where I get the credit card logos to show on the checkout it doesn't give the customer an option to pay. There doesn't seem much support available for prestashop. I've been doing a lot of searches and have come up with nothing thus far.
Dh42
Both of you pm me the links to your shop and put a product in the shop for $1 with free shipping. I might need the back office login, but I can get it fixed for you.
Dh42
Phizer's issue was solved because Leo Themes is putting out sub par work. They have the home page slider installed on the cart page which was causing a js conflict.
