Problem after publishing from local to distant server

Recommended Posts

Hello;

I've just publish a website built in Prestashop 1.5.6. The problem is that I did as usual when moving a local built website to distant (on a web server). As you can see in attached files. I gave the right root in the base uri and the domain name.

Actually my website display very bad.. and it is also impossible to get into the admin section.

Now here is the website url: http://ticket-bonus.mobi

Thanks for giving some solutions.

Regards!

Hello Baraku,

Sorry to hear about your problem. Looks like the errors are indicating that the files are either in the wrong place or non-existent.  When I look at the broken graphic links like this one:

I'm getting a 404.  Double-check that you have installed the files for the PrestaShop installation on your hosting server.  Also, make sure that your .htaccess files or anything else that may re-direct the URL are not affecting your store's domain name.

When I ping the URL, it does seem to be going to the correct host.

If you find that everything is correct, try experimenting with doing a demo install on your server and see if it comes up.  Right now, the errors indicate missing files to me.

Hope that helps!

Regards,

Arnel C.
