Sorting categories not working (1.5.6.2)

I can't seem to figure out how to sort items (subcategories) within a category.  I see the "Position" column with a number on each subcategory, but there's no where I can find to change that.  I see other similar posts (ex: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-10263), but the fix does not work for me and it seems to be for a previous version.

 

Anyone know how to do/fix this?

I have just tried this using android and when clicking the visible arrow by the position button the page refreshes and allows me to change sub-category position

Okay, found that also.  Apparently I had to click on that arrow first, before it would let me drag and re-position, and then too, there's a small area on the row that I need to grab to reposition.  But it works, thanks!
