Aimee6009 Posted March 4, 2014 Share Posted March 4, 2014 I had to reload my driver and template last week, we had Prestashop do the backup of data and the reload. They did not however return my data to my site. I have been able to export the backup from the server and upload the backup file to Prestashop but the items are still not showing up in my catalogue. Help!!! What did I do wrong? Says the upload was successful Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
