Juan Carlos Garcia
Hello Group. I'm doing my 1st Prestashop installation with version 1.2.4 and the installation is ok... Everything seems fine until I want to enter the back office. By logging tells me there's an error "There is 1 error. Employee does not exit, or bad password" and when I retrieve the password via the email tells me that not a registered user ... What can I do to continue? Greetings from Medellin-Colombia Juan Carlos Garcia

Juan Carlos Garcia
You mean to search the forum?, If you use this but found nothing similar. In the forum on "Spanish" I found another user who has exactly the same problem but still no one replied with a solution. I'm just starting with prestashop, I know nothing of the store. Could you please help me solve the problem to enter the Back Office. ThanksJuan Carlos GarciaMedellin-Colombia
TropischBruin
Did you check the database is the user is there?
Juan Carlos Garcia
Yes, look at the Employes table and there is the user type in the install, the password is encryptado. ¿Is that the table where the user is logged in the installation? I see that we are several who have the same problem. I've seen other topics are presented and some recommendations such as replacing the table ps_Employes passwd field with a hash http://www.md5.fr/ generated in a page, did all that but still does not work. It may be a bug in the installer?Juan Carlos Garcia
