[SOLUCIONADO] Error "500 Internal Server Error"

Saludos Estimados,

Soy Oscar de Chile, es primera vez que escribo y lamentablemente es para que me den una ayuda

estoy instalando prestashop 1.5.0.17 ya que el template que me pasaron acepta esa versión

pero al querer instalar cuando quiero entrar a http://www.playwithme.cl/install me arroja el "500 infernal server error" y no me deja seguir haciendo nada.

es primera vez que me pasa y no se cual es la solución

espero me puedan ayudar

En primer lugar necesitamos saber que pone en el log de errores del servidor para poder ayudarte y que nos digas si dispones de acceso total, si trabajas con un hosting compartido, un VPS, etc...

De todas formas contacta con tu hosting y dile que no puedes instalar tu tienda.

Por terminal en vi /var/log/apache2/error.log. Si no desde el panel de control ya sea Plesk o Cpanel u otro.

Tienes un problema de permisos, borra de la carpeta public el archivo .htaccess. Lo puedes ver con el comando ls -l o si no simplemente lo borras así:

rm .htaccess

Y ya pruebas. Si no sera ver la configuracion del httpd.conf o apache2.conf

Genial ya puede continuar con la instalación, pero me arroja el error 500 en el índex.php www.playwithme.cl/index.php

Quizas no sea un 500 puro como lei en su momento no se donde, a mi me ha pasado algunas veces que me ha salido un 500, y habilitando el reporte de errores en pantalla: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/232476-%C2%BFqu%C3%A9-hacer-cuando-se-queda-la-pantalla-en-blanco-en-prestashop/ me ha saltado el error descriptivo depende el 500.

Solucionado era un error de los permisos del archivo índex.php (tenia 755, lo deje en 644) y listo
