I used Softaculous to upgrade prestashop to the current version, and now when I try to log into the prestashop admin for my site, I get a message which says that for security reasons I cannot log in until I've 'deleted the /install folder'. brijesh-soft Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 Hi, I am from the Softaculous team. The install folder is required to complete the database upgrade process. Once the database upgrade is done you will have to connect to your server via FTP and then delete the install folder from the root of your installation.
