cleaner Posted March 2, 2014 Share Posted March 2, 2014 Hi, Is there a way for a backup which includes products, pictures, template modification, translations etc. This is just incase of something goes wrong in start, i could reload shop to empty server again. I'm aware of there is function for backup in BO, but is it enough? It's mentioned on red notification box it does not back up all data... El Patron Posted March 2, 2014 Share Posted March 2, 2014 this is best done from hosting account... there are modules (search for them) you can buy. but I prefer hosting back up... there is also a back up in prestashop but it is only for mysql db, you also need to back up site files..doh! make sure to search outside of prestashop for back up because it is after all just mysql db with site files...www.codegurad.com for example. and of course you can check out my prestavault module just to take it for a spin.
