Setting shipping cost

Hello,

 

i try to use the new version of Prestashop (i've configurate my last prestashop shop 3/4 years ago) but i have some problem with the shipping cost. 

 

I need to have three tipe of shipping cost:

 

1. For France (free shipping)

2. For all Europe (but not France) at 50 €

3. For all Word (but not France and all Europe): send a request for shipping cost

 

I try to configure using this guide http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Managing+Shipping but i have some problem. 

 

How can i define the zone France? (I can select only Europe on Shipping>Carrier Option)

 

How can i define the Europe zone (but noting France). (I can select all Europe on Shipping>Carrier Option).

 

And also, how can i setting the last option? When buyer make an order from (for example) Asia, not definitively concluded the purchase but send an email to the seller's interest by sending the request for the order and the cost of shipping.

In the back-office, go to Localization > Zones and create a new Zone for France (can call it 'France' if you like)

Then you can go to Localization > Countries and manually assign the country France to the new France zone.

 

If you wanted a general 'Rest of the World' Zone for the other countries, again go back and create that zone then apply the non-europe/france countries to that zone.

 

Thankfully, you don't have to assign each country one at a time to the new 'Rest of the World' zone. In the Localization > Countries screen, filter the displayed countries by the zone you wish to change (see example below)

 

Then use the checkbox next to 'id' on the left to select all the countries. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and assign them all to the new zone like so:

 

Once you've done this, you can assign the carriers and shipping prices to the relevant zones to whatever you need.

Hello!

Thank's for reply, but for the zone " Rest of the word" i not have a shipping cost.

 

I'd like to have a sistem that send an email to  request a costo of shipping. For example. If i make an order and i want to shipping in asia (Rest of the Word zone) i can't do. I only can sand an email with the order and a request to shipping cost.

 

Can i have this system?
