pribil
Hi all, I'm running 1.5.4.1 and having trouble setting the top level menu. This is my site http://bikeracelane.com/. I want to add new labels that are the same as the product categories, but can't work out how to do it. I want to add Road > Jerseys (Category > Sub category) which links to the category and sub category but can't add anything to the top horizontal level module. Hope someone can help me! NemoPS
I can't see the top menu in the site you linked at the moment! Anyway, Jerseys should be added automatically as sub level, have you tried to turn on 'force recompile' in advanced parameters, performance? I assume the Jerseys category already exists inside Roads...?
pribil
Thanks for the quick reply. Not sure why I can't add the categories from the module - city and road don't appear under categories. I'm not clear whether I should add them from the CMS or as links from the module. I've tried both ways. Adding from top links gives me a page not available error and from cms > home > city gives me a content landing page. I need category > sub category. thanks in avance
NemoPS
I gave you 2 ways. To clone it, simply copy/paste in the same directory, and rename all instances of blocksearch (the copy) inside the folder, and the folder itself, to somewhing like myblocksearch. The open the myblocksearch.php file and rename all the occurrences of 'blocksearch' to myblocksearch
