roamencota
Hello All,I have been trying to integrate merchantware on my site with no success. It will show up on the checkout screen and you can even click it which will open the form to enter in your card information. You can enter in your card information (the size of the forms boxes are a little off). When you click submit the loading icon appears for a second then the page reloads. No transaction is ever processed. it is in live mode and I have contacted the support they refer me to the Prestashop forums for support.I have an active ssl certificate which is working, can anyone help? PascalVG
roamen, I checked the checkout page. Maybe it's just me, but where exactly did you see a link to click on where the form opens? I see just the 2 normal payment options (payPal and Authorize.net) Please elaborate. pascal (P.S., liked the 1$ product :-) )
roamencota
One Dollar Product Hi Pascal!! 1. add item to cart 2. go to checkout 3. click guest or register account 4. click terms of service check box At this point two payment options will appear, paypal and authorize.net 5. click the authorize.net option I was planning originally to launch today so I might have to disable the authorize.net option until further notice. roamen, I checked the checkout page.
