PanonTherm Posted February 27, 2014 Share Posted February 27, 2014 Hi there, I have a big problem. Today I have a big issue with my prestashop site www.panontherm.co.rs. Today 11:55 h my site crashes and stop working. There is a site uptime overview from alexa: I didt doing anything on my site in that time. On errorlog there is a message: [27-Feb-2014 11:55:16 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PrestaShopException' with message 'Shop not found' in /home/panonthe/public_html/classes/shop/Shop.php:370Stack trace:#0 /home/panonthe/public_html/config/config.inc.php(95): ShopCore::initialize()#1 /home/panonthe/public_html/index.php(28): require('/home/panonthe/...')#2 {main} thrown in /home/panonthe/public_html/classes/shop/Shop.php on line 370 I cant reach FO and BO, also phpMyAdmin does not respond. musicmaster Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 If phpMyAdmin doesn't work the problem isn't with Prestashop but is more fundamental. There might be something with either your database or your access to it. But it is hard to tell if you aren't more specific about what doesn't work with phpMyAdmin.
