Elexo Posted February 24, 2014 Share Posted February 24, 2014 Hello everyone, I am in a pinch, and not sure how to solve it. Our PrestaShop have a carrier method, where we offer free delivery. But when we order the products from our distributors and send them our to our customers, it not always the same carrier that are delivering the products. So we have a carrier named: Delivered with either X or Y Now the problem is, when we want to add a tracking number, its only gonna work for either X or Y, since its two different carriers. Is it possible to do so that we in the backoffice, under the customers order, that we can see two different carriers and then just add the tracking number to the right carrier? But so that the customer still sees the front office as it is now, that the delivery with either X or Y? To sum up: Front Office: The carrier is automatically chosen. Back Office: We can add the tracking number to any of the 2 carriers, so the customer gets a working link with the tracking number. Thank you!
