Orders not showing

My site is on PS 1.5.5.0

My customers are able to place orders. Payment is working through my paypal pro module. However, orders never show up in the Orders section of my site or on their customer page. I don't get emails telling me an order has been placed either. The customer doesn't get any kind of confirmation email. This is a new issue for me. In the past it worked fine. How do I solve this?

did you upgrade from one version to another? Which version? Also, what version of PayPal are you using?

I use normal PayPal Europe module with Pro functionality, its latest version 3.6.8 Prestashop 1.5.6.2.

What concerns me is that in PayPal business settings there is an option to choose whether it will be PayPal payment confirmation page displayed or Site's confirmation page. My current settings set for PayPal page. As I understand upon the completion of the payment my customer has not been returned to the site what caused missing order in the backoffice. The question is what site's page (url) should be in PayPal settings as "Payment confirmation page"?

Tried to set up http://www.mysite.com/order-confirmation - no results!

 

Somebody from Prestashop will be more than welcome to join the discussion. I've sent them a question last week - no answer. PayPal is quite important module for Prestashop, I suppose there should have paid more attention to this issue.
