Add or Create Categorie, after gives a Blank page

Hi guys,

I´ve a problem on my prestashop 1.5.6, when i try to add or edit a category ,when i click to do that gives me after a blank page.

 

I put the debug error on and i try again do add a category and give me this :

Anyone one can help me please to solve this.

almost 15 days i´m triyng to solve and i can´t.

your prestashop uses override /override/controllers/admin/AdminCategoriesController.php

for what purposes you use it? im asking because it's not default solution, and everything is because of this.
