How can I provide a link to take a user who already has an account to the payment page?

Hi guys,

 

I'm using the standard 5 step checkout process. For users who have already created an account and have their addresses inputted, is it possible to provide a checkout link which will take them directly to the last order step page (the payment options page)? This is so they don't have to go through the five order step pages each time just to get to the payment page.

both the address and carrier need to be selected and submitted before, as far as I know, so you'll need to do a custom modification that preselects an address an carrier, then redirects to the payment page (but might be complex).

Unless I am missing some nifty feature I am not aware of

You may want to change from a  5 step checkout to a one page checkout process.
