kelvin_chongkw Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Hi, i was recently asked by my boss to make my existing website to e-commerce website,before this the website was just a site to provide information of our product to surfer.now can i make it into e-commerce website by using the help of prestashop?i dont have much knowledge of the coding or setting btw..need some understable language or simple guidance for me can? ^^currently i could go to the 3rd step of the installation, but yet i stucked there because i not sure the database user/database and the password for it..not sure which 1 i should put in..and i installed WAMPServer ..can anyone teach me how to use it? create a new database ? or how? thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kelvin_chongkw Posted October 14, 2009 Author Share Posted October 14, 2009 Tested it out yea~ found some solution at youtube too..But after i install the prestashop, is it the folder inside my database become 1 hundred + things inside? it was normal or abnormal?Btw if i copy my old database to this new one..will the old database files and structure will remain the same or it will pop some error? thx for fast reply ^^Oh, btw got 1 more question..if another pc of mine downloaded this WAMP, will it have the same as the current pc i using now? because i do this prestashop at office as well as my home..thx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
