I have been setting up the store for three weeks in the /store and moved it yesterday. I changed the store setting in admin. Please help

Look the server error logs to discover whats happening and why its giving these errors. 500 group are server errors and you need to know, what is the problem. Most likly - wrong permissions to files and folders due PHP security.

Hi Spott and TropischBruin
Glad to see you on board with this issue. Right now my hosting people are checking on whats going on with the images. Right now I can occasionally upload an image in catalog, but in admin the image shows up as a ? In the front office the image is there but I can only add one image. My images arn't huge images between 14kb and 50kb.

I checked my permissions and they are 755 which is what hostgator uses. My site is a live site www.ohyesvintagejewelry.com so I hate to do a fresh install with 700 plus product online. I might have to do that but right now I'm waiting on hosting to see what they find as they try to replicate the problem in my admin. As things happen I will get back to you.

Thanks so much

It looks like the images presented as ? are not found.
If I check the path of one of the images they are correct but if I paste that path in my browser I get the ?

Yup you are right. The image will appear in the front office, in the product category, but in the actual product catalog it shows up as a ? I don't get it as the rest of the PS seems to be working fine.

***New addition****my hosting people don't seem to understand the problem either. It looks like a clean install but do I need to create a new database?
thank you
