Page Not Found error where homepage module should be - CLOSED

The site is up, the backend is running, but the homepage has error triangle: “PAGE NOT AVAILABLE – We’re sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available”, right on top of the homepage where the custom text should be.

Everything else works, I hate to start over when I’m so far along. Please tell me how to reconnect the module homepage, thank you.

The site is nearly complete, please help.

UPDATE:

I figured out the module in question and went looking into the code, then I discovered that the modules folders had the wrong permissions somehow. Fixed permissions back to 777 and the problem was fixed, sort of.

Somehow it reversed the homepage configuration, because now the featured products are on top, and the home page editor content is under it! But I like it better this way.
