Help! My page is messed up!

Hi everyone,

 

My checkout page is pretty messed up.  http://www.ubernatural.co/en/quick-order

On bad days, it happens to my home page too.  On my other laptop, all the pages look fine.  But I've definitely had 2 would-be customers complain the checkout page looks pretty messed up on their monitors especially with items in the cart.  Signing up a new account is especially a problem because the words are all over the place and I dread to think how many new accounts I have lost because of this.  

 

What can be the problem?   I would be very very grateful if someone could offer some advice, preferably in as simple language as you can manage because I am clueless when it comes to codes etc.

Hi min,

Do you know what browsers the complaining customers used? What browser do you use yourself when you see the problems?

 

Can you turn off the optimization 'ccc' settings (Advanced Parameters->Optimization, 2nd block), to pinpoint more clearly where to change anything? Let me know when you've done so.

 

What PrestaShop version do you use? can you check if there's an update of the 'weddingous' theme you use? Maybe that solves (part) of the problems.

I am on IE 9 and I know the customers were using IE (not sure which version). I have switched off Apache optimization (I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.1), is that what I was supposed to do?  

 

I am not sure how to check for a theme update.  I did go to the website and it says the theme is now available for Prestashop version 1.5.6.1 (which I am a couple of versions behind...) but otherwise there doesn't seem to be any updates to existing versions.
