How big database can handle Prestashop?

Hi to everyone

 

we started to use multishop function and now I see that database is almost 870MB.

 

Now I just wondering how much can Prestashop handel? curently we have around 12000 product (6000 active, 6000 inactive).

 

will we be forced to switch from VPS to our own server?

 

Curently we have 2 vCPU, 2G ram and 40G space

 

Thanks for your comment  and I'm opened for suggestion how to optimize database , so that inactive product won't consume too much resurces
