Guest
How & Where can I change the text in the Paypal and Google Checkout payment buttons in the final stage of checkout?(select payment method)I want to change it from saying 'pay with paypal' to add somthing like 'or use any debit card, no registration needed'?Also I would be intrested to know if I could add a 3 third button with my own logo and 'pay with credit or debit card' that then just links to pay pal anyway (as people dont need to register with paypal, but dont realise)Thanks
rocky
Go to Tools > Translations, select "Modules translations" under "Modify translations", then click a flag. Search for "Pay with PayPal" under "prestashop - payment" and enter "Pay with PayPal or use any debit card, no registration needed" in the text field. You can do the same thing with "Pay with GoogleCheckout" under "prestashop - gcheckout".You will need to modify modules/paypal/paypal.tpl and copy this code: {l s='Pay with PayPal' mod='paypal'} Just add a copy of it after it and change the img src and text to your company logo and name. afuniman
If you would like, you can also replace the "Pay With PayPal" button with this one that I designed. I designed this one to say : "Click here to Pay by Credit Card or PayPal". Then, copied it into the module/paypal folder and overwrote paypal.gif.Then I went into the payment.tpl file in the module/paypal directory and deleted the "Pay with PayPal" text.Tell me if this works for you.
