Error in module tab

Hi

I use prestashop 1.5.3.1 and i move my shop on local machine, all working fine but when i go to "modules" then on top of site i have this error

 

Warning: register_shutdown_function(): Invalid shutdown callback 'displayFatalError' passed in public_html/controllers/admin/AdminModulesController.php on line 71

But i can configure all modules exept "1-click upgrade"

When i try do it i have white site with this errors

What is wrong with that ?
