Voucher and categories (1.3.6.0)

For one of my clients which is running 1.3.6.0

I have a little question concerning vouchers

 

When creating a voucher, automatically all categories are checked.

This is ok.

 

But.... when a new category is created, this is not automatically checked in the vouchers.

This means that all the vouchers need to be openened and the categories checked.

 

Is there a better/quicker/easier solution for this?

(besides upgrading the shop ;-) )
