Obiettivoweb
Hello, I would like to cancel powered by Prestashoptm in the e-mail that my site sends. In fact, in the bottom of the e-mail there is the inscription "MyStore powered by Prestashoptm" The e-mail sent to where I found this writing are: Order Confirmation, awaiting payment, the payment of your order. How do I remove? Thank you to all

Obiettivoweb
Hello Vekia, Thank you for your help. I followed your advice. In localization> translations, I found "translations email templates" and then click on the flag. I have changed as follows: email to the form blocknewletter email to the form blockwishlist for the followup email form email to the form mailalerts email the form to paypal email to the form referralprogram email to the form sendtoafriend I have removed the word powerred by prestashoptm, but in the email it receives the customer when placing an order, or that I am waiting for payment or modification of order, continues to appear the words "powered by prestashoptm." I think there must be some other module to edit. But where is it? Thanks again for your great help.
cedricfontaine
The email you receive come from the mailalert modul probably. It's not sent to the customer. You can edit it in the modules/mailalerts/mail directory.
vekia
and why not with localization > translations tab?
Obiettivoweb
@ Cedricfontaine: if i try to use the module mailalerts and do the translation by clicking on the flag, I get the following error message Warning: Your hosting provider is using the "Suhosin patch" for PHP, which limits the number of fields to be included in a Form 1000 suhosin.post.max_vars. 1000 suhosin.request.max_vars. Ask your host to increase the limit to at least 3106 or Suhosin translate the file manually. @ Vekia I tried to change localitations / translations templates present all of the emails. As I indicated in my previous post. But I did a test and the email that my site sends automatically when the customer places an order or when my site communicates changes to the order or the package is shipped so on .... In the emails that the customer receives the Powerred written by Preastahoptm is always present. I think there must be some other template email from somewhere else to modify. You know where to make these changes? Thank for any help....
Obiettivoweb
Ok, I solved the problem. I used the suggestion of Vekia. In "Location-translations" I have selected "email template translation," and then I clicked on the flag. To change the e-mails sent to customers about orders, you must edit the template "core e-mail." While I was changing only "template e-mail." However, now everything is ok. Thanks again for the help.
