Help! I got "Image unavailable" in my website!

Recommended Posts

It has been 2 days, of troubleshooting and head cracking, but I can seems to find the causes of this. Below is the link to my client's website :

http://www.smartsolutions.com.sg/index.php?id_product=279&controller=product

Click on any individual product to view, and you'll get the same error that shows "No Image available". I have no idea what causes it. Nothing has changed, neither from the server side, nor the back office of the site.

I hope any experts here can help me with this. I'm so noob with Prestashop's script. I have tried some solution, like editing the blockviewed.php file, give 775 permission to the image folder, Regenerate thumbnails, after selecting "Move Image" from the back office then  change the "legacy file system" to "No", but still nothing seems to fix it.

My brain is already melting out from my head. There's not much solution on this issue that I can find on the internet.

Upgrading the Prestashop version seems to make it worst.

Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.. :(

Thanks for the reply! Yes, only at the individual product page I got that returned "No Image available" error for every and each product. I got "large" file type which is the same as "large_default", as I know that "large_default" is for a newer version for Prestashop script such as 1.5.6.  Mind you I'm still on the Prestashop version 1.5.0.17 as the previous upgrade was unsuccessful.

But anyway, I've tried it. Add the "large_defaut" and regenerate the thumbnail, but to no avail.. :(
