blocktopmenu module not visible

i've multiple prestashop-shops, but this problem.. i don't know how the fix it!

 

I install a whole new shop (1.5.6) and install also the module blocktopmenu, and activate it.

With the start, only the button 'home' is visible.

 

But when i edit it, and select more CMS pages, also only 'home' is visible!

 

But the module says that the edit was succesfully, no error's.

The module, and all the maps and sub maps are chmod 777.

 

I've changed nothing in the blocktopmenu folder.

Also the hooks are good and the same as my other Prestashop-shops.

 

Can someone help me?

I didn't know what the problem was, but it's solved..! I've uploaded all the files again.
